原料介绍｜真正薰衣草 (Lavender)

▎精油简介

真正薰衣草又被称作「真实薰衣草」或高地薰衣草。每年 5 月开花，平均生长海拔约 800 公尺以上。耐旱，开紫色花穗。名称则是由拉丁文「Lavare」演变而来，代表「洗涤」之意。古罗马时代，人们以薰衣草沐浴，相信能洁净灵魂与身体。

原产于地中海沿岸，藉着罗马人扩大帝国版图，后来逐渐遍布英国，与欧洲北部，两千多年来，被广泛运用在医疗和食用，现在为欧洲传统医疗法以及芳香疗法主要植物之一。所熟悉的薰衣草(Lanvender)，在18世纪时，一直被称为“espic”，而在普罗旺斯，薰衣草则被暱称为“epi”，而罗马、希腊人用薰衣草“净化”、“清洁”病房及收容所。

目前发现的薰衣草品种逾 20 种，且有超过上百种的杂交品项，但是在芳疗应用中，最通用的仍是真正薰衣草精油。其丰富的酯类结构相当温和，安全性高，适用于各个年龄层，真正薰衣草都能温柔地给上一臂之力。

｜主要成分：酯类

主要成分为乙酸沉香酯、萜品烯酯、牦牛儿酯，另外还有沉香醇、松萜烯、柠檬烯、樟烯、ß-丁香油烃、氧化物、醛、香豆素、内酯等多种微量成分。
