▎精油简介

岩兰草源自于坦米尔语Vetiverr,以斧头收割之意,叶片跟芒草有点类似,通常会由众多叶片集结成一大株,岩兰草茎叶直立,其下有分支众多、柔软弹韧的根茎,根部抓地力强,具有来自土壤的坚实稳固的力量,可作为水土保持的植物,被认为是“世界上具有长根系的草本植物”,深密的根部埋于地下可达3至4米长。

也正因此,岩兰草精油的采集和提取过程非常复杂和耗时耗力。采集工人需要徒手挖掘在地下绵延的根系,并完整清洗它们,之后还要切成较短的长度后将它们在阴凉处干燥1-2天,以使萃取出的精油更具浓郁香气。

▎成分解析

|主要成分:倍半萜醇

岩兰草成分非常多元,主要成分为岩兰草醇(vetiselinenol,50-75%),其他还有倍半萜烯(beta-vetivenene、delta-selinene),倍半萜酯,倍半萜酮(alpha-vetivone,beta-vetivone、khusimone),酸等。其香气来源主要受到α-、ß-岩兰草酮和客烯酮影响,气味被描述为一种甜的、木香和烟熏的香味。

|成分1:岩兰草醇(vetiselinenol)

▸ 有四种不同异构物,混合出现在岩兰草精油中,统称岩兰草醇,属倍半萜醇。

|成分2:β-岩兰草烯(beta-vetivenene,又称香根草烯)

▸ β-岩兰草烯化学结构。

|成分3:α、β-岩兰草酮(α、β- vetivone)

▸属倍半萜酮,相较于倍半萜酮,具柔软性、相对稳定。
