▎精油简介
甜橙(Sweet Orange),拉丁名Citrus 意指柠檬香气之意,俗称橙子,十分受人欢迎,人们除了食用果肉之外,其果皮和果汁可用来制药,在中国古代受到关注,也像征着幸运与繁荣。原产于中国与印度,后来经阿拉伯世界进入欧洲,因为当时非常稀少与昂贵,直到17世纪才将它拿来入药。
甜橙精油可能取果皮或全果,以压榨方式萃取,也可能以榨汁剩下的果渣,以蒸气蒸馏法萃取(Weiss 1997) 。透过压榨法取得的精油有淡橘黄到深橘黄,其颜色可能因品种和栽培国家不同而出现差异。橙的精油又分为甜橙(Citrus sinensis ) 和苦橙(Citrus aurantium) 两种,气味略为不同,如: 甜橙(八仙果、陈皮味)、苦橙(橘子味) 。
▎成分解析
|主要成分:单萜烯类
其成分可能会因来源和栽种而有所不同,典型成分包括柠檬烯(Limonene)、α-蒎烯(α-pinene)、ß-月桂烯(β-Myrcene),其中辛醛(octanal)和癸醛(Decanal)可能对气味有显著影响,此外也可能出现沉香醇(Linalool)、乙酸橙花酯(Neryl acetate),以及呋喃香豆素(furanocoumarins)与酮类,如ß-香芹酮(carvone) 、α-紫罗兰酮(α-Ionone)等微量成分,具光敏性。
|成分1:柠檬烯(Limonene)
(1) 左旋柠檬烯 (l – Limonene):L= levo = 左旋,像走在针叶森林里,在典型柑橘类香气中带有一点点甜味与森林的感觉,较为稳重直接。
(2) 右旋柠檬烯 (d – Limonene):d =dextro = 右旋,大家熟悉的柑橘气味。
