▎精油简介

甜马郁兰长约30-80公分,温带多年生草本植物,具密生浅根性的根群,Origanum源自于希腊语,山之喜悦,在古希腊罗马时代被认为是象征幸福,神明化身的香草。被普遍用在日常食物中,经典的义式吃法是甜马郁兰加橄榄油香烤马铃薯。常会和野马郁兰(俗称牛至-酚类)混淆,因为其味道甜味带有辛辣苦味,所以称甜马以做为区分。而在地中海精油中,是最常见的舒眠配方。

甜马郁兰的花语是「沟通」,希腊神话中,甜马郁兰是主掌爱与美之女神-爱芙罗黛蒂Aphrodite所珍爱的香药草,因爱芙罗黛蒂的触碰,而开始有了香气。在罗马神话中则据传为专门贡祀爱神维纳斯之花,甜马郁兰代表着「荣誉、爱情与繁殖」。据说,甜马郁兰可以给新婚夫妻带来好运,希腊人与罗马人的传统婚礼中,将甜马郁兰编织成花冠给新人戴上,以祝福新人幸福与长久。

|主要成分:单萜醇

主要成分为萜品烯四醇、侧柏醇、α-萜品醇、沉香醇,其他有萜品烯、桧烯、对繖花烃、丁香油烃、乙酸萜品烯酯、乙酸沉香酯、洋茴香脑等。。

|研究认证

▸ 在著作《草药志TheHerball》中指出甜马郁兰精油为「与头脑有关的良药」。

 根据研究,甜马郁兰精油对于多种微生物,抑菌种以需钠孤菌、软腐病菌、莫拉菌属有相关的研究。
