▎精油简介

胡椒薄荷(Mentha)源自拉丁文的思考mente。是一个种高30-100cm多年生草本植物,长地下茎和绿叶,会绽放白色或紫色花朵,精油翠自花与叶,薄荷有许多品种,芳疗中常用的薄荷精油是具强烈薄荷脑气味的胡椒薄荷,容易辨识。

▎成分解析

|主要成分:单萜醇

薄荷含多种成分,主成分薄荷醇(Menthol,又名薄荷脑),其他有薄荷酮(Menthone)、异薄荷酮(Isomenthone)、胡薄荷酮(Puleggone)、柠檬烯(Limonene)、乙酸薄荷酯(Menthyl acetate)、1.8-桉油醇(Cineole)、薄荷呋喃(Menthofuran)、ß-丁香油烃(ß-caryophyllene,又称石竹烯)、大根老鹳草烯(Germacrene)、香豆素、含硫化合物等。

|成分1:薄荷醇(Menthol)

薄荷醇与樟脑、甲基水杨酸(Methyl salicylate)均可由皮肤吸收。在肝脏代谢与葡萄糖醛酸(glucuronic acid)结合之后,由胆汁与尿液排出。

|成分2:薄荷酮(Menthone)

|成分3:ß-丁香油烴(ß-caryophyllene)

又称石竹烯、老鹳草烯,强力抗病毒。将薄荷油腹腔注射于小鼠,结果小鼠活动力显著提高,后续研究发现桉油醇、薄荷酮、异薄荷酮、薄荷醇、(R)-(+)-胡薄荷酮、乙酸薄荷酯和石竹烯(caryophyllene)这些薄荷油所含的成分都能明显增加小鼠活力。

▸  Tayarani-Najaran Z 等,在2013年癌症医学研究发现,胡椒薄荷精油对化疗诱发的恶心和呕症状有相关的研究。
