▎精油简介

罗马洋甘菊拥有类似苹果的香气，因此名称源自于希腊chamaimelon，地上的苹果之意，6-7月开花，草长50-70cm，1年生草本植物，和德国洋甘菊外观不同在于，黄色花蕊较低。多年生的罗马洋甘菊是低矮的地披植物，是植物医生，只要种在罗马洋甘菊附近的植物，都较少生病，据说它的根系分泌的植物，可以帮助附近植物恢复生气。

罗马洋甘菊有很多品种，包括重瓣品种，它从1932年就培育出来作为白金汉宫花园当中的洋甘菊草皮。在《植物人格全书》罗马洋甘菊归入「照顾者人格」，因为酯类具有「爱与支持」，而且是如同父母般无微不至的家人之爱，是原始安全感的来源。所以它特别具有情绪平衡的功效，适用于安抚那些内心脆弱、缺乏安全感、容易受伤，对遭遇的事物过度诠释的人。

▎成分解析

｜主要成分：酯类

▸ 其成分主要有，另外有柠檬烯(limonene)、α-蒎烯(pinene)，以及松香芹酮(carvone)(使罗马洋甘菊散发些许带有青草味)，也是化解瘀塞凝滞的高手。虽然罗马洋甘菊含有微量酮，在正确使用下不会造成神经毒性的问题，在芳香疗法中，是最被广泛运用的精油。

｜成分：欧白芷酸异丁酯(Isobutyl angelate)

▸ 甲基戊二酸酯(Isobutyl angelate)或称当归酸异丁酯，「Isobuty」表示来自异丁醇，「angelate」来自欧白芷酸，和欧白芷酸异戊酯，再精油是属于酯类中罕见的脂肪酸类，也是让罗马洋甘菊散发苹果香气的成分，其含量高达75%以上。

▸ 从GC/MS分析出欧白芷酸异丁酯(Isobutyl angelate)，欧白芷酸异戊酯(Isoamyl angelate)和异丁酸2-甲基丁酯(2‐methylbutyl isobutyrate)是罗马洋甘菊的主要成分，且这些化合物显著促进了小鼠的活动，因此被确定为罗马洋甘菊精油(CHA)的主要活性成分。研究中也显示活性成分与神经传递物质多巴胺相似。
