OEM ( Original Equipment Manufacturer )
OEM is a professional outsourcing service. If you have a good understanding of the skincare market and raw materials and only need a manufacturer to produce the product without involvement in the design and formula, that falls under OEM.
ODM ( Original Design Manufacturer)
ODM is when the original factory is commissioned for design. Apart from manufacturing, we also provide product design, development, and improvement services. The brand rights belong to you. If you have ideas for skincare products but need the manufacturer to provide suggestions for packaging, materials, and integration, that falls under ODM.
OBM ( Own Branding & Manufacturing )
OBM is about establishing your own brand and manufacturing. If your company has distribution channels, significant funding, a professional team, and the capability to market and sell products with unique selling points and brand image, then OBM is the right choice.

We can plan the production according to your budget and requirements. Small-batch production may have higher costs due to process limitations. Please contact us directly to discuss your needs.
｜Essential Oil｜
For essential oil raw materials, we can offer samples in various types, generally in 1ml quantities.
｜Cosmetics｜
For cosmetics, samples are available in 10-30g quantities, depending on the type. Sample fees will be based on the essential oil unit price and product specifications, which will be deducted from the order amount upon formal ordering. For large quantity requirements, please contact us directly for further discussion.
｜Raw Materials｜
Depending on your shipment quantity and packaging procedures, the following shipping days are provided for your reference:
Single essential oil raw materials: approximately 3 working days to ship
Customized essential oil blends: approximately 5-7 working days to ship
※If it is special raw materials or the order quantity is large, it needs to be estimated based on the actual situation.
｜OEM/ODM｜
If the packaging materials are complete, it will take approximately 15-21 working days to ship after completing the order process.

To ensure the quality, stability, and safety of your products, we only accept raw materials from international suppliers in their original containers (developed or procured by the customer) for manufacturing.
Please make sure that the raw materials comply with the INCI cosmetic ingredient international naming system and are accompanied by an MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet), CAS NO. (Chemical Abstracts Service Registry Number), and COA (Certificate of Analysis) from the material supplier to avoid illegal additives. Adding unknown materials to the products may pose risks to consumers.

International Orders FAQ
We provide online transfer and PayPal, and remittance information is required after payment for reconciliation.
An order receipt will be provided upon completion of the order. In accordance with Taiwan Business Tax Law, Pureness will not issue uniform-invoices.
(Taiwan Business Tax Law: Direct export of goods or services to foreign buyers is exempt from the need to issue a uniform-invoice)

｜Delivery time｜
Due to the different distances between delivery areas in various countries, the relevant delivery time depends on the logistics company. After shipment, the logistics order number can be used to track the order delivery progress.
｜Essential oil raw materials｜
All are delivered by "International Express". The freight is calculated based on weight and volume. For relevant freight details, please contact our service specialist.
｜OEM/ODM｜
Since various countries have different logistics regulations and specifications for delivering OEM products, please contact us for relevant freight and shipping details, we will be happy to serve you!
｜Essential oil raw material｜
The minimum order for purchasing essential oil raw materials is 1 kg. Pureness has more than 250+ essential oil raw materials. For more raw materials, please click here.
｜OEM/ODM｜
Bath supplies: minimum order of 300KG, ex 300ML/bottle, about 1,000 bottles, actual quantity depends on customer product capacity.
Facial care: Minimum order is 30KG, ex 30ML/bottle, about 1000 bottles, the actual volume depends on the customer's product capacity.
Lotion/Cream: Minimum order size is 60KG, ex 60ML/bottle, about 1,000 bottles, actual quantity depends on customer product capacity.
