▎精油简介

茶树（Tea Tree）为桃金娘科(Myrtaceae)、白千层属之多年生常绿乔木，它生长在热带至亚热带地区，沿海沼泽​​湿地，树型直立呈圆锥形，具细长如羽毛的叶片，叶线形互生，嫩叶呈黄绿色，成熟时变翠绿色，顶生花序白色瓶刷形，会开黄色或紫色的花。植株高约三米~7公尺，生长速度很快，最早发现于澳洲，因此，也称为「澳洲茶树」。

虽然字面直译为Tee Tree茶树，但它不是红茶或其他茶，却何以有此命名，其实还得从茶树被发现地说起，在一片四面环绕有茶树的湖水，传说由于茶树的成分渗透湖水，使其变成浓郁的红茶色，因此当地人就将四周生长的树木称其为Tee Tree。传说原住民女性在产前、产后或有妇科困扰时，便会浸泡在前述红茶色湖水中进行自我疗愈，所以茶树自古以来，相传也是呵护女性的植物。

▎成分解析

｜主要成分：单萜醇类

茶树精油的招牌成分就是萜品烯-4-醇(Terpinen-4-ol)。其中还有少量氧化物1,8-桉油醇(1,8-cineole)，令其具有提振清新之感。此外微量蒎烯(α-pinene)具黏膜保护作用和强化静脉作用。
