▎精油简介

优选产自索马利亚，温暖干燥的加勒卡约地区。位于东非的索马利亚加勒卡约地区，属亚热带和热带沙漠气候，终年高温，干燥少雨。这样的气候条件种植的乳香特别强韧。

索马利亚乳香树能适应贫瘠干燥的环境，树皮中流出乳白色树脂，清新又悠远的香气，宛若一位深沉智者徐徐述说着历史的沉淀。

▎成分解析

｜主要成分：单萜烯

索马利亚乳香中，含有大量的单萜烯，主要成分为α-松油萜，初闻之下能瞬间开阔呼吸，且具黏膜保护作用；倍半萜稀中的没药稀具有很好的缓解发炎功效；含有高含量不同的酯类成分，能使呼吸加深、缓和，进而让人产生平静的感觉，可以使身、心、灵达到和谐、合一的放松效果，索马里乳香也可以帮助行气走窜、调理血瘀，同时在身上的作用时效也比较长。

▸ 依据Bowles(2003)提供的数据，乳香的主要成分包括34.5%的α-松烯、14.6%的α-水芹烯和14%的对伞花烃。

｜比较索马里乳香和印度乳香的差异

｜药用乳香的品种主要有4种

• 卡氏乳香树Boswellia carterii Birdw.，分布在阿曼、也门、索马里。
• 乳香树Boswellia sacra Fluck.，分布在索马里。
• 纸乳香树Boswellia papyrifera (Del) Hochst.，分布在衣索比亚、苏丹、厄利垂亚、奈及利亚、乌干达、喀麦隆、中非共和国、查德。
• 齿叶乳香树Boswellia serrata Roxb. ，分布在印度。乳香根据颜色，纯度，年龄，香气，形状和产地进行分级。

｜乳香小知识

乳香因为价格较贵，而松香与乳香性状相似，市场上常有用松脂或松香、淀粉掺制的伪劣品出现，2012年抽样的50件样品中，有23件为伪劣品，其中22件验出松香酸，13件验出淀粉。 2017年抽验5个不同地区（亳州、杭州、成都、上海、重庆）市售乳香，显示皆为衣索比亚乳香，其中含量均符合标准，然而却发现有不同程度的掺伪松香酸。松香中的松香酸换算所掺入的松香均小于0.1%，但是松香酸有小毒，长期对人体有其危害，因此对乳香进行松香酸的检查有其必要性。
