▎精油简介

甜茴香Sweet Fennel原生于南欧地中海沿岸，为多年生繖形科植物，喜爱生长在阳光充足，排水良好的地区，适应环境能力强，目前已广布于欧洲各国、印度中国与北美。

甜茴香使用历史悠久，古代战士常被用来增加勇气和力量。甜茴香也代表承诺，让婚姻中的两个人信守一辈子的承诺。茴香作为药用和烹饪的历史可追溯到古埃及时期，希腊人发现茴香可以排水，罗马人用来帮助肠胃蠕动，还可以去除口腔异味。

除了对消化系统有帮助之外，甜茴香更是女性好朋友，因为内含反式洋茴香脑，当女性生理期或更年期不适，有很好的效用，常被用于印度妇科用药中。

▎成分解析

｜主要成分：醚类

典型甜茴香的主要成份为反式洋茴香脑(苯基醚类)，约占66%-77%。
另外含甲基醚蒌叶酚、1.8-桉油醇、α-松萜烯、柠檬烯、茴香醇、茴香酮、樟脑、洋茴香酮、呋喃香豆素等多种微量成分。

｜成分1：洋茴香脑(Anethole)

▸ 称茴香脑或丙烯基丙烯，是一种植物性类雌激素，有顺式和反式。

｜成分2：甲基醚蒌叶酚(Methyl chavicol )

又称龙艾脑(Estragole)，是龙艾精油主成分。与洋茴香脑是同分异构物，差别在苯丙基的双键位置不同，功效上会有相似处，但气味不同。

此成分在龙蒿精油占约 80%；热带罗勒精油约85%；芳香罗文莎叶精油（萃取自皮）约90%。
