▎精油简介

川芎，伞形科多年生草本植物，根茎可入药，又称芎藭，不规则结节状拳形团块，直径2～7cm，表面黄褐色，粗糙皱缩，有多数平行隆起的轮节，质坚实，不易折断，断面黄白色或灰黄色，散有黄褐色的油室，形成层呈波浪状环纹。

喜温和湿润气候，阳光充足，幼苗期忌强光和高温，土壤要求疏松肥沃，排水良好，含腐质丰富的沙壤上，主要产于中国云南、贵州、广西、四川等地，以人工栽培，中药使用晒后烘干，切片或酒炒。都江堰是川芎的原产地，有千年的种植历史，因为这里有独特的自然条件，川芎的质量极佳。川芎在中药材中具有极大的价值。辛，温。归肝、胆、心包经。

唐朝初年，药王孙思邈在四川的青城山，采集药材时，发现一只有疾患的大雌鹤，几天后身子竟完全康复，就发现那儿有长着小白花，还有很像红萝卜叶子的植物，他猜测雌鹤的病愈与这种药有关，经过实验，他发现这种植物有活血通经、祛风止痛的作用，便携此药下山，用它去为病人对症治病，果然灵验，药王开心随口吟道：「青城天下幽，川西第一洞。仙鹤过往处，良药降苍穹。这药就叫川芎吧！」「川芎」由此而得名。

▎成分解析

｜主要成分：內酯

川芎有含挥发油、生物碱（如川芎嗪等）、酚性物质（如阿魏酸ferulic acid等），以及内酯、维生素A、叶酸、蔗糖、脂肪油等。

精油以超临界CO2萃取，根茎含挥发油约1%，鉴定出油中成分有40种， 占挥发油的93.64%，其中主成分为藁本内酯（ligustilide）占58%、3-丁酜内酯（3-butylphthalide）5.29%和香桧烯（sabinene）6.08%．根茎中所含的内酯化合物，尚含丁烯酜内酯（butylidene phthalide）、川芎内酯（sankyunolide）、新蛇床内酯（neocnidilide）、4-羟基-3-丁酜内酯（4- hydroxy-3-butyl phthalide）、川芎酚（chuanxingol）、双藁本内酯（2,2′-diligustilide）， 以及3-丁基-3,6，7.三羟基-4,5,6,7 -四氢苯酞等。
