▎精油简介

_{喜马拉雅雪松生长在印度、尼泊尔和西藏喜马拉雅山脉附近，耐冷的环境，高度可达40-50公尺，直径可达3米。它的油脂含量很高，在强烈阳光的照射加上自身的油脂，会自动燃火，而里面蕴含丰厚的自然精华。}

_{喜马拉雅雪松叶端下垂，大西洋雪松叶端上扬，喜马拉雅雪松的枝叶跟大西洋雪松相比，较为凌乱，印度人形容它的外观就象是正在跳舞的湿婆神，因此它也被认为神明的化身，又被印度人称为「神圣之树」，种名deodara 源自梵文(神diva)，意指的是像神的树，也是巴基斯坦国树。冥想时使用喜马拉雅雪松精油，可以帮助心神的宁静，屏除过多的杂念。}

_{另外，清肺的效果也很明显，适合平常有在抽烟的人使用，可与乳香、真正薰衣草一起使用，作为呼吸道的保养。传统上常是酸痛用油(涂抹于脊椎)，也具调理淋巴部位的肿瘤、帮助瘦身和去水肿等功效。最大最强的疗愈力在于增强人的耐受力。}

▎成分解析

｜主要成分：倍半萜酮

主要成分为α-、γ-大西洋酮，α-、β-喜马拉雅烯，喜玛拉雅醇。

丰富的倍半萜烯（喜马雪松烯）使其具有很好的舒缓、安抚作用，倍半萜酮（大西洋酮）则扮演了「疗伤圣手」的角色，化解、修补深层的伤痛，并凝敛心神。喜马拉雅雪松所含的倍半萜酮是雪松中相当高的，是很好的疏通类用油。

喜玛拉雅雪松针叶精油以单萜烯为主，气味和木材会不同，市面上多份精馏，油色气味较不混浊，但α-大西洋酮比例较少。
